Mucus plus or no

Okay so I’m 35+3, last night I️ went to pee and heard a “ploop” well TMI but I’ve been having diarrhea off and on all day yesterday thought maybe it was that, got up and nothing there but a thick white substance, was that my mucus plus or just discharge??
