First cycle after the pill - what to expect?

Question

So I came off the pill mid October ready to start trying. Downloaded this app so I can start keeping track of my cycle and work out what my natural cycle will be. 
So far no period :-/ according to my pill cycle it should have been a week ago but nothing yet. I have had heavy feelings and cramps on and off through out the last few weeks. 
I have done a PT just in case and it was negative. 
I had a miscarriage 10 years ago and have been on the pill ever since so I’m super worried I’m going to have issues

I came off birth control end of September. Had a withdrawal bleed 926-9/30 then had lots of sex hoping to get pregnant. No period.. no positive test. I had some super light spotting for 3 days starting 10/25. Not even needing a tampon. So I thought oooh maybe it’s implantation! Then on 11/8 I had a change in CM got a big glob of egg white. I took an ovulation test the next day and I was ovulating. We had sex that night and two nights later. This Sunday I found out I’m pregnant! 😱 I thought I was never going to get my AF back after 50 days with no period but I guess it was headed in that direction before I got preggo. 🙂

I’m thinking our stories will depend on which pill we just quit. I was on Yasmin for about 20 years and am on my first cycle off of it. 
Got terrible withdrawal migraines for a couple days, bloating for the entire month. My chart looked fantastic for the first 16 days: drop in temp at CD14 and 15, then a rise of 0,5, I was thrilled! 
Cue migraine and nausea, cramps, frequent urination, hip pain, you name it.
And then my temp chart turned into cat puke... a new massive drop in BBT (I hung on to the hope of a Luteus Corpum drop), then back to 0.1 above my normal temp for 2 days in a row.
I am barely done calming down from the upset that I get a massive amount of CM for the very first time in my cycle.
I guess you can expect to be confused is what I’m trying to say 😉

My doctor said it could take 3 months to a year for our cycles to regulate again after the pill. Hang in there!

Just had my first cycle after 16 years of the pill. CD went from 28 to 30 and my emotions were all over the place! I'm hoping everything gets in check emotion wise, but I'm over the moon happy that my body is figuring out what to do all on it's own! Our bodies are quite amazing!

I wish I had an answer for you but I don't because I am in the same situation. Stopped my birth control last month (after a full cycle) and I was sure i ovulated at one point. My period was due last Sunday and nothing. Took a few pregnancy tests and all negative. I have also been cramping on and off for a few weeks... hoping we get some answers and good luck to you!
