I know not everyone has the same outcome. I know everyone’s body is different. However you cannot deny the amazing things a woman’s body does!

I was lucky not to get stretch marks on my torso but I did get one on my chest which I’m sure will fade in time.

I’m glad I worked out as long as I could while pregnant. I worked out on my abs and ran at least a mile until 17 weeks. I did weight strengthening with thighs and legs up until 27 weeks and work out overall with cardio until 33 weeks.

I’m ready to get back into the gym and run! I loved my cardio. 🏃🏻‍♀️
