Has anyone had the panorama blood test? Was it accurate on gender? I planned on getting a 3D ultrasound at 15 weeks to find out the gender, but my friend told me this test is accurate from 10 weeks and it's free.

Not free. Without any insurance or if insurance refuses to pay for it because you’re young and otherwise risk-free it can cost many thousands of dollars.
That being said, I took it at 10 weeks with my first pregnancy and again this time. I haven’t got the results back on this one yet, but of course it was accurate with my first. Results are 99.9% accurate — moreso than any ultrasound at any point throughout pregnancy.
Call your insurance provider to find out how much they will cover before jumping in. Better to be safe than sorry.

We had great insurance with our first and had it done. Paid $100 out of pocket. And gender was correct. Plus it tests for lots of different things so I thought it was worth it

It's likely not free, it tot depends on your insurance but it is the most accurate method of determining gender. Any ultrasound tech will tell you blood work is more accurate than any ultrasound.
