Yeast

I think I might have a yeast infection my vagina is really sore and itchy. I know your not supposed to itch it as it will get worst and I have long nails and we’ll my ass was itching away and now when I look it’s all red sensitive and burns when I pee. Before I scratched it it never used to burn while I was peeing I have green discharge I’ve been trying to just go commando but I feel like it hurts more and gets more itchy then if I wear an underwear 😩
