Symptoms at 20wks?

Hello mamas, I am 20w3d and was just wondering what symptoms everyone else is experiencing at 20wks? My back/tailbone/spine will randomly ache like someone kicked it 😳, I am tired-but nowhere near like the 1st trimester, acid reflux (mild), can't sleep on my back anymore without my legs getting tingly, sore hips and an increased appetite especially after being so sick all of the 1st trimester. The best thing by far is that I am able to feel my baby boy moving/kicking me constantly! 💙🤗
