early miscarriage?

im a bit over 8dpo ive had very small pregnancy symptoms like tender breast and bloating and a little moodier than usual. I did a test on Friday but it was negative which was no surprise. I started bleeding on Saturday brown old blood which after some clarification on here I put to implantation bleeding. since waking up this morning my bleeding is alot heavier like a heavy period and dark red with clots looks like it has mucus there too. my period isnt due till the 28th and im never early. its like the bleeding after giving birth

im making a dr appointment tomorrow.

do you think I was in very early pregnancy stages? like 1-2weeks? I feel very sad like ive lost something I wasnt 100% sure i had yet if that makes sense.
