Ttc and need opinions

Hey! I’m TTC for a few months now and have PCOS. For the most part I have been regular for the past year, give or take a few days. This cycle we BD during my fertile week almost everyday, i had some spotting a week later (earlier than expected AF). Then, when AF was due nothing and still waiting! We BD again last night and when i wiped i had a bit of blood, today nothing really just a bit of discharge with blood and now no sign. Took a test and it says negative but I️ just don’t know what to think... any feedback welcomed. Tia!
