Two days ago, I woke up and my upper eye lids were extremely swollen, to the point where it looked like I was having an allergic reaction. The swelling went down during the day and then reappeared the next morning and this morning as well. I noticed that the swelling coincided with the start of my period.

I have researched this topic and found that a hormonal imbalance can cause eye swelling. I have been increasing my workout regiment for the past month and I think it might be a contributing factor.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any advice is extremely appreciated
