All pump sessions equal? 10min on high=15 min on low?
I have been pumping for 15 minutes on the lowest setting of my Madella pump in style- is this the same is pumping for 10 minutes on a higher medium setting ??
How do u know when to increase the level and when to decrease pump time ? I’m returning to work and want to pump efficiently without hurting myself 🧐
