TMI, but plz help lol

So I’m 2weeks and a few days postpartum. I am still bleeding but it’s very light. I am having trouble with me having a slight blood/weird smell. I can smell it when I’m walking around or lay down. Idk if anyone else can smell it but I notice it. I’ve been using my perri bottle when I wipe and use the bathroom and change my pad every time I use the restroom (which is often lol). I use a body wash then a women’s feminine wash in my shower as well. Anything I can do to stop the smell?
