22 weeks and feeling sick at night?

I never actually threw up with my morning sickness in early pregnancy, however, lately I’ve been getting sick during the night randomly? It worries me. So far everything has been good with my pregnancy but last night when I was sick I was seeing white dots in my vision? Any feedback?
