Hi my last period was oct 14 and I haven’t had my period since then I’ve been having some early symptoms like fatigue , cramping , headaches. Yesterday I had spotting it was a light brownish color an today it looks darker with clot could I be pregnant and is this a sign of implant bleeding ?

It's a little late for implantation bleeding. You may be pregnant or you may be having a weird period. You need to take a test, no one can know the answer to your question except a pregnancy test.
