So confusing!

so this app asked me when my last period was when i joined and according to this i would be about 4 weeks. my CB test has only just said 2-3 weeks. No idea if ive had implantation yet either. current symptoms i have had the last week - twinges, slightly more tired, a lot warmer and starting to get more and more tender breasts, larger nipples too. any help/advice? 🙈
