How do u no when ur 1dpo ?

Not sure how to tell or when is number 1 , can someone fill me in ?

You ovulate after your positive opk (usually 12-36 hours) so the day after your positive test is considered ovulation day. 1dpo is the day after ovulation - so 2 days after your positive opk. Dpo is “days past ovulation” so 1 dpo is always counted the day after ovulation as ovulation day is considered 0dpo.  Good luck!

1 is the day of ovulation then you count the days after that as 1,2,3,4 like that like right now im 11dpo
