One month, it's hot flashes. I'm always cold. Hmmm... Oh hey AF!😒

Next month, incredibly sore boobs. I barely know they're there before AF. Oh hey, AF! 😔

This month, period like cramps at 11 days before AF.... It's fine, I'll sit here forcing myself not to think about that it could be implantation and prepare for the inevitable AF!😧

I'm not even symptom spotting anymore. These are things that are hard to ignore. I think ttc for a year has actually made me mental.
