hi my dear friends I'm in my first trimester and have been experiencing quite a bit of acid reflux and heart burn, as I googled if it were safe to take alka-seltzer, answer was no. any home remedies? also, started noticing I have some slight congestion with a huge headache what is safe to take?? thanks in advance.
