so stuck!
help!! i have been eating so healthy and portioned for a month and a half, NO cheat days what so ever. i am at a loss because i have not lost a single pound. Actually i gained about 5 pounds, am always bloated. Although i haven't worked out at all because i wanted to changed my diet first to see if that was the problem, but apparently it's not. i am at work everyday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and by the time i get home , there is no energy for exercising. I'm so frustrated, upset, angry, and so much more. i feel like giving up. please tell me what i have to do. desperate at this point.
