Anyone in here that is dealing with it and do you have any tips!🙏❤️ I have it all over and been in so much pain 😰

I was also diagnosed with pcos in August, I don’t have pain with mine but I find it very hard to lose weight round my abdominal area. I have to exercise everywhere just to try and keep the weight off. I am also on my 2nd round of clomid. Where is your pain? X
