Does anybody here make jam??🍓🍯🍒

I had a last minute idea to make home made jars of jam as xmas presents. The only thing is I've never actually made it myself before, but I've been wanting to learn so I thought this would be a good way to get started! (Plus we have a carton of pectin in the cupboard that needs to be used lol)

So I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or recipes that are hard not to mess up lol

I was hoping to make either strawberry or mixed berry jam.

Also, If I made the jam this weekend would it be set on time for Christmas?

And do smaller jars set faster then bigger ones?
