Confused about next step to take in my marriage, husband is military im retired.

My husband and I have been having so much issues with his ed and our dead bedroom that he suggested that we try cuckolding. He figured it would end the fighting and end me being so unhappy with him not being able to satisfy me. Im worried that if we go down this rode he wont be able to look at me the same way anymore. Im not sure if its a fantasy or just a brush off to end the arguing. He says he believes it will save our marriage. He says it’s becoming more and more popular with military families like ourselves, but im very concerned we would t look at each other the same way if this happens. I feel so unwanted.
