Hey ladies, me again!

So basically my period usually is about 4-5 days long. The first day I have severe cramps to the point of throwing up with a very heavy flow and then the rest of the week is fine and a medium to low flow. However, my most recent period was a little different. My first day was excruciatingly painful to the point I couldn’t walk and felt like I was going to throw up but didn’t. My second day was VERY light. Like “end of the period” light. And this lightness carried on for the rest of the period which ended up being 7-8 days long because the light/ spotting is still happening.

Normally I know when my period is about to end because when I wipe it starts to turn a brown colour, when my body is trying to get rid of the last bit of blood. However, last time I went to the toilet it was a light, quite red colour?

It’s probably normal but i thought I’d ask you lovely ladies.

P.s. I’m 17, and started my period when I was 14 💜
