😵🤬Sciatica and period connected??🤯

So for the past couple of months I get the worst sciatica flare up right before my period. Like 2-3 days before my back goes out. I’m talking like 2 days of pure hell and then it eases up and BOOM my period starts. I’ve always had issues with my sciatic nerve but lately it seems to be connected to my period. Anyone else?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve never had it with my period but when I have to pee I get a bad flare up. Chiropractor has helped A LOT with my back issues. I have scoliosis though with pins and rods in my back, so I’ve been having pain since I was 3 and am pretty used to it. I’ll have to pay attention if I see a connection between my period and the pain.
