Signs of preterm labor?!

I've been having back pain, cramping every so often (like I have to poop) nauseous. It could just be normal pregnancy symptoms but I'm paranoid. 25 weeks btw.

The day before I went into preterm labor with my twins I had really bad back pain, and cramping that I thought was gas. The next morning I woke up to some cervical mucus and blood, and I was 6cm dilated. Keep track of how far apart the pains are. I would have it checked out just to be on the safe side... but then again, I’m paranoid because of what happened to me. Prayers
