Acupressure!?!?!?!

Has anyone tried acupressure? Does it hurt? Did it work !? I’m so curious

I tried it with my son. It did not work for me but it did for my friend!  It doesn’t hurt, you can feel a little sore after. It was actually quite relaxing!

I️ had acupuncture with my first baby and went into labor at midnight that night. So I️ believe! I️t can sometimes pinch a little, but I️ wouldn’t call it that painful.
