**TMI** bathroom related (kinda long messy post)

This is my first time experiencing anything like this so I'm not really sure what to say, so.. Im currently on my fourth day of period just incase that helps. I woke up from a nap and had stomach pains and felt the urge to go the toilet. **TMI** so I went the bathroom feeling hot then suddenly got really, really cold I struggled to poop(this is normal for me) then it started to hurt even more and I threw up 2 or 3 times and struggled to breath afterwards. I'm still cold and can't warm up, still have pain in my stomach(moved to my right side) anyone experienced anything like this? Or know what it could be. Thanks for reading🙂
