Just got the most heart breaking call..

I have failed the test and have Gestational diabetes... let's just slap that ontop of my list of other health issues.... I'm a 5"11, 26 year old woman weighing at 200 lbs for being 26 weeks pregnant... any positive stories and anything that can help this immense depression will help a lot.
