Teething rash?

Is this teething rash? Is there anything I can put on it or how long til it goes away. He sleeps on his side or belly so I think he lays in drool and been using his pacifier alot more since teething has been bothering him.

Mine gets rashes around his mouth a lot from his drool. I put Aquaphor on while he naps or goes to bed and the redness is gone or way less severe when he wakes up.

This is what I think is going on with my daughter. I have been diligent with putting on Aveeno (what my dr recommend) twice a day, and it has gone away.

We put aveeno eczema on ours and it works great. Since he drools all time lately I rub it on while he sleeps :)
