Would lack of sex make you want a divorce?

Would a lack of sex/intimacy in your marriage or relationship make you consider getting a divorce?

I feel like if he intimacy isn't there then the affection isn't there. Kind of feels like you're living with a roommate than your SO or husband.

No I don’t think so as long as I know he still loves me. But depression is awful so it sounds like it’s not about you. He needs to see his psychiatrist

Well depends. If the lack of sex is because of an inability on one of our part, then no. I love my husband and sex is a part of that love. However, if the lack of sex is because we do not have love anymore, then I would try and work on it, for the sake of my son. If things are broken beyond repair, divorce maybe a final mutual decision/solution, assuming there is no cheating involved. In short Divorce will be based on lack of love and not sex.

This is my post, and my husband and I have maybe had sex 7/8 times this whole year.
He does have depression and is on meds.. I am very supportive but anytime the sex topic comes up, he shuts it down and says “I don’t have to have sex with you, it’s always the same conversation” 
Although that’s true, I don’t think it’s fair that I have to suffer because of it. I really enjoy our sex . 
On top of it, we don’t even kiss, hold hands, hardly hug. There’s hardly any intimacy which makes it very tough.
