My ex is bipolar and I have depression and anxiety. He would tell me he loves me and wants to marry me. Other times he would get mad at me for talking to another guy or if I didn't do what he wanted me to. He would tell me that I don't care about him and that I cause him mental harm. We broke up two days before thanksgiving and we wanted to stay friends. He later for mad at me for not texting him as often as I did before we broke up. Today he told me that I have made his depression worse and that he doesn't love me anymore I need to know what . He also said that we could possibly be friends in the future but not right now. I need to know what to do and how to get over him.
