Will one grande Starbucks coffee harm my baby ?

I am 5months pregnant and this is my first Ice coffee Out of my whole pregnancy, I was craving it really bad. But now I feel guilty. Did i make a bad decision? I got a Grande Ice skinny latte with a pump of sugar free vanilla and 3 packets of stevia

I have a coffee every morning. with cold stone creamery creamer lol. I usually don't even finish the whole cup but my OB said 200 mg a day is fine!

Well I had asked my obgyn before I started drinking coffee when I was pregnant and she told me it was okay to drink 8 oz of coffee everyday for a person who regularly drank coffee before pregnancy. Some doctors say it's okay other say it's not  our daughter was completely healthy

😱 I wouldn't drink it every day. But having one in five months will be okay. Next time tell them to make it decaf or without coffee if you want less guilt.

Also I wouldn't drink it everyday that's just what she told me so I did drink coffee occasionally when I craved it plus when I was pregnant it was in the summer so super super hot and I would love to walk blocks to get my iced coffee again my daughter was healthy so I think it's okay

The recommendation is 200 mg of caffeine or less per day. A grade iced latte from Starbucks has 150 mg of caffeine. You are fine it is under the limit. I’d recommend looking up your drinks before you order them, sometimes they are fine and sometimes you just need to order a smaller size.

I switched to decade (for now) but I had reg coffee up to my fourth month. I started to get jittery so that’s why I had switched. I’m normally an 8oz and I’ve since then switched to 6 sometimes just 4. I’m
