I’m so confused

Last month I think I had a miscarriage. My period was so painful and I had huge clots. This past month I had sex every day of my fertile week. Then the following week went to the doctor and had BV then took yeast infection medicine after. I’m a few days late and got this just now. I thought you couldn’t get pregnant with the BV medicine?
