Did you start having headaches in the morning/at night when you came off birth control?

I’ve been waking up with headaches as well as getting them about an hour before I go to bed at night. CD 30 and had a negative test on Thanksgiving Day. I have never been someone who gets them easily or consistently.

I used to get terrible headaches one my sugar week of pills & my doctor told me it was from the drop in estrogen, so it's definitely possible your headaches are your body withdrawing from the pill. I can't remember if i got headaches when I stopped the pill, but I definitely experienced vertigo.

I use to get chronic migraines but they actually stopped when I came off birth control, thank god
