Has anyone experienced this?

I have perfectly timed periods- they come every 28 days & are always 3-4 days in length. This cycle, it came one day early. After it came early, I bled semi-normal (kind of light but still a period- no clots or anything though & I only had to change my pad twice the entire day) on day 1. Day 2, NOTHING. I didn’t wear a pad or anything. Day 3- I would have some blood when I wiped but I wouldn’t consider it a period. I didn’t even have to wear a pad & afterwards, days 4 thru now 7, I have clear discharge with a red tint consistently when I wipe. It’s definitely more clear than red but the red is there. It’s accompanied with lower cramps in the front and lower back. Any ideas what this could be? I’ve never had this before.
