I need advice from grown women who have been successful in relationships.

A friend and I just transitioned into being more-than-friends. Before he left for Thanksgiving vacation, I said "how about you take me on a proper date when you get back," and he's been back for 5 days and hasn't mentioned wanting to see me.

Now, I'm 38 years old so I'm about as horny as a teenage boy, and I am low key trying to make a dick appointment. He should get that, considering our ages.

So I gotta wait, right? Because I'm this close to texting him like, "I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I need to get laid."
