PLEASE HELP:Five-month old sleeping problems

My baby is now five months, I’ve been breastfeeding and conforting him to sleep at the same time since month two. I know it sounds like a really bad habit, but as a first time and c-section mom, it was the only way that worked for me to put my lo down to sleep. I tired all the other methods(swaddle,rocking,singing etc..) and using bassinet beside my bed during the first month. It turned out that feeding him on bed is the easiest and quickest way to put him down to sleep. Now I’m planning to switch him into his own bed, somehow it seems he still doesn’t know how to fall asleep on his own. Can anyone give me some suggestions or any similar experiences?(NO CRY METHOD)
