Can we even tell in this position?

UPDATE:  according to nub theory, my guess was girl.
I got the results from my NIPT today and the result is girl!  So for me nub theory was correct!

I had an appointment today at 16 weeks and I was hopeful I’d find out but the room with the Ultrasound machine was occupied. She brought in a handheld one with no monitor just to hear the heartbeat instead. So I was disappointed. 3 more weeks of waiting before I go back and hopefully find out!  Help me speculate while I wait 😊
