Today My Boyfriends Sister Attempted To Watch My 1 Week Old , She Said Every Time They Put Her Down She Cried & That I Am Spoiling Her By Holding Her. They Said If Fed & Changed I Let Her Cry. Shes My Only Baby Im A First Time Mom I Feel Extreme Guilt When She Cries .. Am I Spoiling Her ?

There is no such thing as spoiling a newborn. My doctors and my own research have shown this many many times.
Holding your baby is very beneficial for their growth and weight, your connection, your milk supply, and much more.
Also, letting them cry it out has many more detrimental side effects than healthy ones.
Ultimately, your baby your choices, go with your gut and do your own research. When in doubt, talk to your doctor or another professional. Often I've found  that my "family advice" is based on wives tales and outdated information.

There is absolutely NO way to spoil a newborn! They cry for a reason! They aren't malicious or manipulative. Babies cry as their only form of communication. They learn to trust their caregiver when they cry and their needs are taken care of!

It’s really a no brainer how integral a mothers affection and bond are to a baby’s physical, social and cognitive development.

Even then...you can not spoil a infant. There are certain advantages to sleep training between 6-12 months. Again, you can’t spoil a baby. Babies prefer to be held by other humans, bc they’re babies! Babies need to be hold. That is part of how they new they are safe and loved.  My son is almost 5 months and my husband and I still hold has much as we can around play time which is when he is up not eating.
