boppy/nursing pillow question...

is there a difference, as in firmness or longevity of one from different places. ross, marshals, and a couple other stores have them for $16 & then other places have them for like $30 & up. I've felt both but wondering if there's a difference. Because if not I'm just gonna get the $16 one I keep seeing before I don't see it No more lol they both feel very very squishy like not as firm as I thought. almost like I'm still gonna need a pillow underneath it. What do you ladies have? Is it very firm or No? I know some people don't think it's worth it, but with 2 previous children it was annoying and just tiring trying constantly get pillows or anything else to stuff up under them to position them properly then I'm frustrated and my arm feels like I've been bench pressing lol so just looking for thoughts and what has worked for you.
