Ugh... blood pressure... UPDATE
These blood pressure spikes are just awful. I guess I'll be calling the doctor in the morning.

Thank you everyone for the concern, I should have calrified my situation for you so I didn't worry so many people!
I'm already being monitored and tested for everything under the sun including preeclampsia. I'm 22 weeks and see the doctor biweekly and start seeing a fetal medicine specialist on the 6th. The reason I waited until morning to call is because that is what doctor said to do if I get a high reading, but it goes down. This is my fourth pregnancy, third with high blood pressure. I have never been diagnosed with Preeclampsia, though going over my past records with my current doctor, we believe that was mistake.
I have a set of guidelines from my doctor for home blood pressure monitoring, including when to go in and when it's ok to wait and just call.
Because I have an anxiety disorder, sometimes the blood pressure spikes are artificially created, so I have to take my blood pressure several times over the course of 2 hours to see if there is a change.
Sorry to to anyone that worried! Everything is ok this morning, still slightly elevated blood pressure, but not nearly as bad as it was.
