Count increased from 0!

My husband had a count of 0 and really low other numbers for the past 3 tests - we were referred to a urologist since there wasn't even enough sperm to do IVF as planned. We knew to stop his testosterone supplementation before the test but not that it needed to be at least 3 months - he has been on anastrazole and doing HCG while holding testosterone and taking Proxeed the past 3 months and now his count is already 20 million with 20% motility!!! So not perfect, but a great start. Unfortunately, he feels awful off the testosterone and thinks the treatment makes it worse (is supposed to make it better) including VERY low interest in sex which has been impairing our TTC efforts this month, yesterday they recommended increasing the dose of HCG to get his testosterone production higher so we'll see if he can hang in there or if we have to freeze his sperm and move to IVF....good luck to everyone out there dealing with the same struggles!
