Pregnancy symptoms

I’m not having any symptoms yet I belive . Not sure how far I am in pregnancy I think it’s been 2 weeks cause I should be in my next period right now and I’m getting very light tint of blood it’s very unnoticeable . Some friends said they had boob pain the first few weeks and I haven’t , I haven’t gone to the dr yet in a week I will die to being busy . I took 4 tests all positive but I still have a doubt that I’m not pregnant cause I haven’t had any symptoms and it makes me a bit sad anyone had no to little symptoms first few weeks ?

I have been having headache although and right now I have a pretty strong one
