Can a doctor be too comfortable?

I love my son and daughters pediatrician she is one of the best doctors in our county. She has seen both of them since day 1 and has always been there when we needed her, I mean she had saved us so much money on formula its not even funny, she also wouldn't-make us pay co payments for some visits. But lately she has been making comments about my kids like for example on the 9th of nov she seen my daughter for her 18 month check up and as she was looking at her she looks at me and says "she looks like daddy huh?" I said "yea all she got from me was my hair type" then she points at my daughters vagina then points at mine and says "don't forget she got her vagina from you too" and starts laughing. I started nervously laughing because she caught me off guard with the comment! Then today she seen my son and when she walks in she grabs his cheeks and starts telling him how cute he was and how she loves his eyes(which is no big deal of course)then when she lays him back she starts checking his tummy and says "boy you have a sexy tummy" and starts laughing! I have never felt uncomfortable ever around her and when I don't have both kids she will ask about them she is great.

Idk if she is just comfortable around us she feels its ok she can make jokes like that? Does your kids doctor joke around with you?
