Baby has pneumonia

My 4 almost 5 month old has beginning stage of pneumonia and an ear infection. Her doctor seemed very concerned and gave us antibiotics and told us to follow up in 48 hours. I'm very concerned now and my heart is breaking for my little one. I read that it can be fatal. I won't be able to live through a situation like that. I just need some positive vibes and words of encouragement.

Update- had a scare last night as she kept throwing up which seemed to give her a hard time breathing. I was about to take her to the hospital Because she was very lethargic and had a fever of 100.6 again. Gave her Tylenol and she had two doses of antibiotics as of now. The antibiotics seem like they're really helping. She FINALLY gave me a real smile and that just took the weight off my shoulders. She's still coughing a lot and throwing up after almost every feed but I can tell she's doing a lot better 💚💛💙❤️💜 picture below of her smiling!!

Update 3- went back to the doctors today, still some crackling in her upper lobes. A lot of coughing and wheezing so she got an nebulizer. Next visit is Monday but I see a big improvement with each passing hour🙏🏻
