I'm not sure if anyone else experiences squirting that is not accompanied by an orgasm but I do, often. It is a completely different feeling than having a clitoral orgasm or even having that area stimulated. Usually it comes out in really large quantities. I'm not ashamed that this happens or anything but I feel like I have to tell my partners not to flatter themselves because my squirting is not always a result of, or sometimes not accompanied by an orgasm.
