worried about my 3mo

Ok so my baby girl had a uti when she was 8 weeks old and we just recently on the 24th had an ultrasound done on her kidneys buy everything checked out good! but I'm worried she's getting another uti. she has been crying at the boob allot and spitting up. 😣 I hope she isn't she doesn't have a fever or discharge which was how I found out last time. ever since she got it I've been extra precausious that I worry at the end of the night thinking did I wipe her right when she pooped last and checking her diapers well this morning her diaper was a little concentrated but not real bad. she's exclusively breastfed btw. but she also slept all night so I was thinking that could be why. And after that they have been clear. someone please help ease my mind. 😣😣😥😥
