How To Heal ?
So I was in a very healthy relationship for five years. I dealt with it all cheating, lying, physical and emotional abuse. Now I have a man that really gives me all that I have asked for, but I don't know how to really let go of my past situation in order in completely let him in. I've hurt him in some ways because I've held onto my past which I don't want to do at all. I just don't know how to heal completely. any advice?
