Vagina question

So I have like what I think is a rash inside my vagina. Well that’s what It looks like

I opened up mi labia and inside where the penis goes in thru.. like at the very opening there’s that rash... what could it be ? I know you’re no doctors but I’d like to know if any of you ladies ever had this.... it itches and feels really irritated (do want to add that I am sexually active )
