longest cycle ever!!! 49 days

need some advice ladies. I'm currently know cycle day 49.....yup that's right. 49.....day....cycle. this has been my longest cycle ever!!!! I went to the dr did urine and blood test. she doesn't think I'm pregnant, but I go back on the 5th for the results of blood....urine was negative. I have tested again, but I'm thinking I should. the wait is killing me. anyone in the same situation???

FYI I FEEL pregnant.... headaches, nausea, heartburn, etc
