Early IVF Excitement.

My husband and I are going through our first IVF cycle. We have been trying not to get out hopes up this whole process. Our ER (egg retrieval) was yesterday. This was my first surgery of any kind except for getting my wisdom teeth out so I was nervous about that and then the fact that we were doing the retrieval. Okay so fast forward to waking up afterwards and they told me they got 13 eggs! Then fast forward to today I got a call saying 9 were mature and 8 fertilized!!! 😀😀😀 I know it's still early and not all will make it to day 5 but this news just makes me want to..

It's making it hard not to get our hopes up! Fingers crossed that this works!!! What did all of your numbers look like?
